Description

Today’s real estate licensees must learn about the latest technology available to serve their customers, because consumers are demanding more knowledge and services than ever before. This means that real estate licensees must be knowledgeable about technology and use this knowledge to provide professional services that will make them stand out from the competition.

By doing so, you can increase and improve the quality of your business by taking full advantage of the advances in technology. These advances allow us to immediately communicate across the globe, access information in a matter of seconds, and streamline communication with fewer obstacles.

It is not the intention of this course to make participants into technology experts. Rather,  this course seeks to make you aware of valuable resources that affect your daily life through the identification of rules, regulations, and the advantages of using technology.

The knowledge checks had answer choices that were not covered during that portion of the course. I later read the exact words in the answer choice further in the course. This is ridiculous. Also, more spelling and grammatical errors. I did appreciate that I was finally able to see which questions I answered incorrectly on the test.

I thought this chapter was too basic. The quiz information skips around too much and informtion covered was not there. Just to find the answers in the next chapter in some blocks of instruction. We should be teaching agents to build websites, Its 2026 and it's time to teach other avenues for us too use. Web sites are dinosaurs in the real estate world
