I recently completed the Learning Center Instructor Workshop (LCIW), and I also just completed this CE course. As I went through the course, I immediately felt it would be a great fit for me as an instructor.
Much of my real estate education work focuses on newly licensed agents. I am the author of Your 1st Year in Real Estate—Florida Edition, which was written specifically to give new Florida REALTORS® a practical roadmap for navigating their first year in the business.
I believe new agents often need the basics more than anything else. They have completed the education required to obtain their license, but many still have questions about what happens next—how to build their business, work with clients, understand the transaction process, avoid common mistakes, and develop good habits from the beginning.
That is why this particular course stood out to me. Its subject matter aligns closely with the type of education I am passionate about providing. I enjoy taking information that can feel overwhelming to a new agent and breaking it down into practical, understandable steps they can actually use.
Having recently completed LCIW, I am actively looking for opportunities to expand my teaching and would be very interested in becoming approved to teach this course. I would appreciate information about the process and qualifications required to become an instructor for it.
“New agents don't need more information thrown at them. They need a roadmap that shows them what to do with it.”
