Florida License Renewal Essentials

This course bundle contains everything needed to renew your license. For every renewal after the first, you must complete 14 hours of Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)-approved Continuing Education (CE) every two years. This must include:

• 3 hours of Florida Core Law
• 3 hours of Ethics and Business Practices
• 8 hours of Specialty Education
